Need a single piece of the trip booked — a hotel, a flight, a driver? Most individual reservations can be made through our Fora partner network at no cost to you. The supplier covers our commission, so your published rate stays the same — and is often lower with our preferred pricing. Perks like room upgrades, daily breakfast, and welcome amenities are included where available.

Full Itinerary Design — from US $250

For travel you’d prefer entirely handled — multiple stays, transport, experiences, dining, and on-call support throughout — there’s a single planning fee. A seven-day, single-country itinerary begins at US $250; the fee scales only as the route, duration, or level of detail grows.

Yes — flight planning is included in the Full Itinerary Design fee at no additional cost. While we don’t issue the tickets ourselves, we research the best schedules, fare classes, and points-redemption options, then coordinate ticketing through a trusted partner — or guide you through booking in your own loyalty portal. Once your flights are confirmed, we weave the timings into your itinerary and monitor any schedule changes so every transfer stays smooth.

Four to six months ahead is ideal for peak season — long enough to secure first-choice stays and experiences before they book out. Quieter seasons come together more quickly, and last-minute travel is always welcome when your calendar and the destination allow.
