Begin by filling out our online form. Share your intended travel dates, companions, mobility needs, and most importantly, the feelings you want to cultivate on your journey. Within 24 hours, you’ll receive a welcome email outlining next actions and a link to book a 30-minute discovery call.

Within 24 hours of your enquiry, you’ll receive a link to book a 30-minute discovery call. During this session, we walk through four essentials: comfort and pace, style and budget, experience priorities, and final admin items. Within 72 hours, we will email a Discovery Summary containing a draft route, short-listed accommodation options, signature experiences, and outline budget bands, so you can annotate, refine, and set the stage for the Pathway Deck in Step Three.

Within three to five days, you will receive a beautifully formatted Pathway Deck containing your proposed route and pacing map, hotel options perk summaries, experience menu and the transparent budget range in your chosen currency.
We meet once more (or correspond by email) to layer in any final nuance. -

When you’d prefer the entire itinerary handled from multiple stays, transport, experiences, dining, and on-call support, we charge a clear planning fee. A seven-day, single-country itinerary begins at US $250; the fee scales only as your route, duration, or level of detail grows.

Yes. While we don’t ticket airfare in-house, flight planning is included in your turn-key Journey Design fee, no separate surcharge. We research the best schedules, fare classes, and points-redemption options, then coordinate ticketing through a trusted partner (or guide you to book in your own loyalty portal). Once tickets are confirmed, we weave the timings into your itinerary and monitor any schedule changes so every transfer remains smooth.
